Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations: Due to the nature of upcycled and second-hand items, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after shipment. However, if you believe the product has a significant defect, please contact us via email.
Return Deadline: As mentioned above, we generally do not accept returns. However, if a defect is confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Return Shipping Costs: If the product is defective, we will bear the shipping costs. In all other cases, the shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
